Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, false eyelashes cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
